- We guarantee the quality of the stainless steel used in our products. If you experience quality-related issues, please contact us so we can evaluate and address the situation. You have a 12-month warranty to report any issues related to color loss in your purchased jewelry.
- General Returns and Exchanges:
- In general, we do not handle exchanges or returns.
- We recommend that you carefully choose your products before completing your purchase.
- Refunds:
- In exceptional cases where a product cannot be replaced due to a defect and a refund has been agreed upon, CARNIVAL will proceed to credit the corresponding amount.
