CARNIVAL PARTNERS LOYALTY PROGRAM

- Record
Registration must be done at https://lenceriaonlinecarnival.com/pages/programa-socios (virtual store), where the user must fill out the form with their information, such as full name, telephone number, email, date of birth and shipping address, having accepted the terms and conditions, the privacy notice and the shipping policies respectively.
Once this process is completed, a welcome email will be automatically sent in which a 15% coupon will be added, which is established by SOCIO15 for the first purchase. This coupon will be unique and non-transferable for each member and will be valid only for their first purchase of CARNIVAL® brand products (clothing), whose specifications (model, price, size and specifications indicated in the Virtual Store), and cannot be used for clothing found in the clearance section, nor can it be combined with other coupons or other promotions, and there is no minimum purchase.
- Levels
The program consists of four levels: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. To qualify for any of these levels, members must make purchases within ninety days corresponding to the desired level.
For the first bronze level, purchases must be made between $1,500.00 and $3,499.00. The discount applied for this level will be 15%.
For the second silver level, purchases must be made between $3,500.00 and $6,999.00. The discount applied for this level will be 30%.
For the third gold level, purchases must be made between $7,000.00 and $11,999.00. The discount applied for this level will be 30%.
For the fourth platinum level, purchases must be made with a minimum of $12,000.00 and a maximum of $19,999.00. The discount applied for this level will be 30%. From this point on, the member will be considered to become a wholesaler. The process will be carried out through prior communication from the executive in charge, who will inform the member of the general benefits of the wholesale program. Subsequently, if interested, the wholesale manager will contact them again to provide the pertinent details about the program. If the member agrees to participate in this program, they will be contacted directly by the manager and under the terms and conditions of the program.
- Level up
To increase your level, the platform will provide the exact amount that the member must cover to belong to the next level to the one that is active. To do this, you will find the information on the website www.lenceriaonlinecarnival.com in the "profile" section and where the total spent is specified with the legend "to reach the level (bronze, silver, gold or platinum) you are missing (amount) in purchases.
- Level downgrade
From the date a member makes their first purchase and is active at one of the levels listed above, they will have 90 days to maintain their current level. To achieve this, the email application on the Shopify platform will help remind our members of the importance of maintaining their current level; otherwise, their points will be reset to zero. Reminders will be triggered 10 days before the expiration date. A second reminder will be sent five days prior, and finally, a final notification will be sent one day before, informing them that this will be their last opportunity to retain their current level and the associated benefits.
If a member makes purchases but does not reach the required amount to qualify for their current level, they will be relegated to a level based on the accumulated amount of purchases made during the ninety days following their last purchase, which placed them at their current level.
- Birthday coupon
When registering, members specify their birthday in order to receive a 50% discount coupon. Therefore, this information cannot be edited later.
The coupon will be valid for 24 hours, starting at midnight and ending at 11:59 a.m. on the birthday indicated by the member.
This benefit will be sent automatically using the "Happy Birthday" app on the Shopify platform. The code is unique to each customer, meaning it cannot be shared or used by anyone outside the affiliate program. It cannot be used on items in the clearance section, nor can it be combined with other coupons or promotions, and there is no minimum purchase.
- Shopping
The affiliate program applies solely and exclusively to the online store on the website www.lenceriaonlinecarnival.com, where the user must have a current and active account in order to accumulate the benefits and rewards granted by this program.
To increase or maintain your current level, purchases made through other means, such as external e-commerce platforms, physical branches, self-service stores, department stores, and/or unidentified external suppliers, will not be accepted.

The benefits specified by level are:
- Bronze: 15% off, free shipping on orders over $ 599.00 , 50% off birthday coupon, free physical catalog, personalized advice, and a video to help you start selling.
- Silver: 30% off, free shipping on orders over $ 599.00 , 50% off birthday coupon, free physical catalog, personalized advice, video, free clothing, notebook and pen.
- Gold: 30% off, free shipping on orders over $ 599.00 , 50% off birthday coupon, free physical catalog, personalized advice, video, promotional items, early digital catalog delivery, and free clothing.
- Platinum: 30% discount, free shipping on orders over $ 599.00 , 50% off birthday coupon, free physical catalog, personalized advice, video, promotional items, early digital catalog delivery, promotion to your physical store or website on our social networks, personalized digital banner, mailing to communicate the publication of new products and gift items.
In the case of sending the physical catalog, promotional items and gift garments, as applicable to the level. An automatic email will be sent to Edarkstore, which is the shipping logistics company, and to the partner email, that is, socios@carnival-lenceria.com , specifying the customer's name and the number of the last order that positioned them at the current level, to be sent in the same package. Likewise, with the "Helium Customer Fields" tool found in the Shopify application, the labels corresponding to the shipment of the physical catalog for each level were determined, which are established as, bronze catalog, silver catalog, gold catalog, platinum catalog, in order to have control of the customers to whom the catalog was sent and avoid repeating it, in case the user goes down and subsequently upgrades.
By becoming a member, the participant agrees to receive notices and notifications regarding this promotion by email, provided that such notices and notifications are not for advertising purposes.
Warranties on Incentives apply only to those warranties that are specific to them by the manufacturer and are granted to the general public, without prejudice to any warranties that may be asserted directly with the manufacturer or supplier of the incentive.

Coverage: Within the Mexican Republic (hereinafter the “Territory”) through the Virtual Store.
Program validity: 12 months.
Note 1: The amounts established in these terms and conditions are expressed in Pesos, legal currency of the United Mexican States.
Note 2: The images of the Products established in the Virtual Store are illustrative, so the final product may vary in size or dimensions.
Note 3: Incentive garments cannot be chosen in colors, sizes or models.
PRIVACY NOTICE
